I chose to do this project because Omeka is technically already on my resume so I figured I should get a little experience in it (I did not lie on my resume, I just forgot everything). However, finding things to upload to this archive really got me thinking about what I do, what people around me are experiencing, what's Meaningful, etc. It can be kind of hard to consider that if you don't have to remember to do it for school, in my experience, especially when I feel like a lot of the choices I make are all about just getting through the day. I still often fail to find anything that feels worth talking about, because of the monotony of daily life nowadays. That monotony is worth documenting but it's a little hard to capture in a photograph.
